Shelley is an independent digital content consultant to Cisco’s Chief Sustainability Office, where she is passionate about being part of an organization that reaches across social strata to empower people and solve global issues. In her role at Cisco, Shelley writes blogs that tell the stories of employees, global problem-solvers, and social engineers who are making a difference in creating a cleaner, better world. Prior to Cisco, she represented Harper Design Group, her communications design firm, as its creative director, and worked as a creative director/manager for other companies. A Los Angeles native, she now lives in the San Francisco Bay Area. She cares deeply about the environment, animals, and human welfare issues. When she’s not writing, she loves to read, hike, bike, travel, learn new languages, and clean up beaches on Earth Day. Shelley holds a BFA in graphic design from the California College of the Arts.
